The following are questions we have been receiving since we launched the package and the ones we anticipate. If you do not find a response to your question here, kindly reach out to the sales team at Adansi.
1.Why Flight is not included in the package?
All our packages do not have travel dates and are very open to travel at any convenient time from now till Sept 2021, so we are unable to include flight rate. Once you settle on your travel date, we will check with the Airline and negotiate a good rate for you.
2. Is there a tentative date for the journey?
No, there is no tentative date. You will travel anytime you feel safe to do so from now till Sept 2021.
3. Is it going to be a group trip?
The answer is No and Yes. No in the sense that you can choose to make a private trip with your purchased package. On the other hand, you may decide to join any of our future group trips to your chosen destination
4.How do I make my booking?

5.How much do I need to book the package?
Book with a minimum of $100 at the prevailing exchange rate and pay the rest in bits. You can also decide to pay all or half or any amount not less than $100 to confirm your booking.
6.How many months am I supposed to finish with the payment?
We recommend at most 6 months but that will depend on you and the date you want to travel. After your initial deposit, we will agree with you how often you want to make the payment for the rest
7.Why are your tours priced in US dollars?
All our tours are originally priced in US Dollars because the services in the package would be rendered outside Ghana. However, we know you understand Ghana Cedis better so we have converted the prices into GHS on our website. The prices on the website in GHS may change as and when the dollar exchange rate changes. For now, we are using a 5.90 conversion rate.
8.Do you accept payments in Ghana cedis or dollars for the package?
We accept only GH Cedis when paying us online or Momo. However, you can pay USD only through our Ecobank Dollar Account.
9.How do I make payment?

10.Can I pass by your office to make payment and where is your office located?
Yes, you can pass by our office from 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday. Our office is located at Okponglo East Legon, opposite the Ecobank
10.So what happens after my payment?
After payment, your booking is confirmed and you do not need to do anything else for now. You will get a user account our website were you can have access to your bookings, make an extra payment and provide us with the necessary information and documents needed to process your trip, The user account is currently free as a paid client.
11.As borders are closed and we don’t know when they would be opened, how do I travel after paying for the package?
We remain positive that the borders will not be closed forever. We just have to wait patiently for the boarders to be opened and traveling abroad become safe. This is the reason why the package is valid till Sept 2021 and your payment is 100% Refundable.
12.So what happens if I change my mind after payment, is there a refund
We are very sure you may not need to change your mind but also understand that situation beyond your control can make you decide to cancel the trip plan, so we are offering you 100% Money Back Guarantee for all the bookings done. We refund you the entire money you paid us without any penalty or charge. For changes closer to confirmed travel date, please refer to our Refund policy under the terms and conditions of the tour when booking.
13.Is there any deadline for the current packages?
Yes, the prices will change slightly from now till 15th July and will change drastically to our regular prices after 30th August 2020. Please check the cost sheet in the tour brochure for details. We encourage you to book asap before these two deadlines to get the best offer.
14.How is the rooming arrangement for the packages on offer
All tour packages are being sold on a twin/double room sharing basis with the option to pay extra for single room use when. In that case, you will pay the adult rate plus the single supplement rate. Refer to our Hotel Policy under the terms and conditions for more details.
15.What if I pay for the sharing rate but not have any friends or family traveling with me?
Adansi will pair you with same-sex people during the trip. It is noteworthy to mention that we have been successfully doing this kind of arrangement since 2016 and have always been fun. Your roommate becomes the first friend on the trip and you come back home with a lot of memories. Once we leave the shores of Ghana, the only family you got out there is the people in your travel group and so it’s not a big deal sharing a room with any of them. Besides, we ensure there are separate beds for such arrangements all the time.
16.Do I get some discounts if traveling as a couple or with the family?
Yes, we provide an extra discount to allow you to travel with your wife and children. Kindly see the rate sheet for the special rates given for that. If you are a big family of 6 or more, you can also reach out to the sales team for special pricing.
17.What if I want a combo tour, say Dubai & Singapore or Singapore with Malaysia or other combos?
Well, you can have that as a customized package. We can combine two destinations for you as per your need. Kindly contact any of our sales team with your preferred combination so we can price it for you accordingly.
18.Currently, I see only Dubai, Singapore and the UK, are there any upcoming destinations?
Yes, we are working on launching Malaysia, Mauritius, Kenya, Tanzania and South Africa within the month of July. We will launch Europe, the USA and Canada in the month of August.
19.When will Ghana packages be available to book?
We are working on that as hotels are now opening up and we have requested early bird rates to be given us so we can start selling. We expect to have this ready by the middle of July.
