The package is charged at $2650/person sharing and $5250.00/couple and price is inclusive of Airline tickets, 7 nights’
hotel and breakfast for the two countries, Local flight Ticket Singapore Kuala Lumpur, Tour attractions in each country
and Airport transfers. The package excludes tips to guides and drivers, lunch and dinners and any other item not
mentioned as included.
Hotel Accommodation is based on twin/double sharing in a 3-4 star Hotel. There is a single room supplement of $450
if you decide not to share the room with anybody. The hotel Check-in is normally at 3:00pm and the check-out time is
12:00pm. Adansi Travels will request for early check in for flights arriving earlier than check in time but it will be
subject to availability at the time of check in.
Ghanaian passport holders do not need visas to enter Singapore. For Malaysia a short single entry tourist visa will be
used for this tour and all tour applicants agree to abide by the rules guiding the issuance of Malaysia tourist visa.
Malaysia visa fees are already covered in the package and we will use our Bank Statement to cover all tour participants,
where possible. However, we do not guarantee the issuance of the visas as that is at the discretion of the Malaysia High
Commission in Ghana. Clients should know that Malaysia visas require confirmed flight ticket and so there will be
penalties from the Airline if visas are refused and refund is being considered. After registration, the following are
mandatory for the visas to be applied:
i. Filled Malaysia Visa Form (to be provided after booking confirmation)
ii. Valid International Yellow fever card
iii. 2 recent passport photos with white background
iv. Passport valid for at least 6 months
Malaysia visa obtained through this process cannot be used for any other purpose aside the tour. All clients
must leave the territory of Malaysia before the expiry of the visas. Any client who overstay his visa will be
reported to the Malaysia High Commission and will be hunted down by the Malaysian Police.

A minimum of USD 1000/person should be paid to confirm reservation. Final Payment should be made latest by 1

Emirates or Ethopian Airline can be used for the international route (ACC SIN, KUL ACC) and our tour
pricing is based on Economy seats. The luggage allowance for this Airline for Economy is 23kg x 2 bags and
hand luggage of 7kg. The Asia route Singapore to Malaysia will be handled by Air Asia or Jet Star or any
local Asia flight. The luggage allowance for the Asia flight is normally 20kg checked in and 1 hand luggage
of 7kg. Any excess luggage will be paid directly by client during check in. Adansi Travels do not take
responsibility for flight cancellations, delay, loss of baggage or any other occurrence with the Airline. If you
prefer Business class, kindly check with Adansi reservation team for the extra cost.
Kindly select the preferred tour date on the booking form. Adansi Travels will do its best to stick to the tour date as
indicated on the booking form. However, we reserve the right to make changes to the date if necessary and all clients
will be informed and given the choice to proceed on the tour or not if new date is selected. We do not accept change in
tour date from clients as services are booked on group basis.
In view of the fact that bookings are done on group basis, there will be no refund if tour is cancelled after tickets and
hotels are confirmed. Should such request for cancellation come in time to allow for substitute, the client will pay for
the cost of reissue the flight ticket and any other cost incurred for substituting the new client. However, full refund less
administrative charges of USD 100 will be made if no booking has been made at the time of cancellation. Once this
form is signed and sent to us with initial payment, your booking is confirmed and any cancellations thereafter attract the
penalties as described above. For Visa refusals, we shall refund all moneys paid to us less visa fee, Airline ticket
cancellation cost and administrative cost. The visa fees and admin cost is $200 but the airline cancellation cost can vary.
We will do our best to secure visas for all on the trip to avoid any unnecessary cost.
A person is considered to be a child if he/she is between the ages of 2years and 11 years. Such children will pay a
discounted rate described under payment. Family discount can be calculated on case by case basis. Children of 12 years and above are considered as adults. Children below 2 years are infants and will pay a special rate of USD 400.
The tour package includes Breakfast for the entire stay. Lunch and Dinner are to be catered for by tour participants
themselves. An estimate of $150-200/person will be enough to take care of lunch and supper for the duration of the tour for an average person.
The excursions that come along with this tour include 03 tours in Singapore (Sentosa Island visit with 4 activities
included, Singapore City tour with guide and Marina Bay Sky Deck) and 3 tours in Malaysia (Sunway Theme park, KL
Tower Sky Deck and Kuala Lumpur City Tour). Where appropriate we shall make available optional tours that clients
can explore in addition to the group package.
Social media is our major tool for marketing and so we normally put pictures of our trips on Facebook and other social
media outlet. The hashtag for this trip is #adansiasia and we entreat all who makes the personal post on social media to use this hashtag. We will endeavor to put the best of pictures on the page.
It is mandatory for all clients to acquire valid international yellow fever vaccination certificate for this trip. If
you do not have one, kindly get one at a nearby polyclinic or the health clinic at departure terminal of Kotoka
Airport. Also clients should ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from date of departure.
TIPS: Tips is expected in Asia and so each participant will be surcharged $20 to cover these
expenses. The collection shall be done by the tour leader once the package is in motion.
