Morning pick-up in an air-conditioned vehicle at Accra Mall.

Tour briefing before we set off to Eastern Region.

Continue to Aburi Botanical Gardens, Ghana’s most beautiful garden that offers a

Estimated rich collections of tropical flora which attracts many birds and butterflies.

Depart to Tetteh  Quarshie cocoa farm, Ghana’s first cocoa farm where we would know the historic memorial farm where the first cocoa beans were planted. You will also be shown two of the surviving original trees planted by Tetteh  Quarshie.

Arrive at Boti Falls hike to the waterfall whiles enjoying the scenery environment.

Continue to the Umbrella Rock where we would Climb to the top of the Rock and enjoy the wildlife surrounding the Rock.

Continue to the Three Headed Palm Tree.

Depart from Boti Falls to Accra Mall. End of Tour.

 ABURI BOTENICAL GARDENS

The Aburi Botanic Gardens is one of the most fascinating places in Ghana. This garden was opened in March, 1890. This glorious garden has since provided both studied and leisure tour for good number of visitors. Covering 64 hectares on an elevation of up to 460 meters above sea level and overlooking the Accra coastal plain. Enjoy range of exceptionally attractive things onsite such as the bush house, the rock garden, The Pergola or Lovers lane. You can also see a retired helicopter and a horticulture school. Connect with Aburi because it is peaceful with some lovely trees and plants.

TETTEH QUARSHIE COCOA FARM

Cocoa is the chief agricultural export of Ghana and the country’s main cash crop. The success of cocoa plantation in Ghana makes it a must for everyone to discover where it started. This crop has brought prosperity to Ghana for number of years. The captivating fact about the cocoa plant is that it is a non-native African plant. Learn about the life of the most celebrated farmer who had no formal education yet introduced what would later become Ghana’s economic backbone. Take the opportunity to visit interesting things around such as the centre for scientific research into plant medicine.

BOTI WATERFALLS

The Boti falls is located in the Manya Krobo District of the Eastern Region. It is located in the Huhunya Forest. At Boti Forest Reserve, there are two main falls, namely the Upper falls and the Lower falls. The Lower falls is the more common of the two tagged too have the Male and Female part of the waterfalls.  With sufficient rainfall, the Male and Female section of the Lower Falls, Boti meet at a point named the Mating point. A Mating Ceremony takes place when this occurs and the ceremony is crowned with the Rainbow that is formed from the splashing of water. Boti Falls is about 17 kilometres from the capital city, Koforidua.
